Sophie Thwaites is a specialist Occupational Therapist, who typically works online with children aged between 8-12 years old, who are struggling to read, write, sit still and coordinate their body. She helps to find the source of their challenges and permanently reduce them. Sophie's focus is on creating a more fluid connection between the brain and body, to help minimise the challenges children experience in everyday life, allowing them to reach their full potential. Being able to focus, concentrate, read, write, develop relationships and coordinate the body, depends on a smooth connection between the brain and body. Only once a child develops this, can the brain move its focus away from the body, and instead on to higher cognitive functioning.
