Hi, I’m Barbara Grassey, author, expat, book coach. I’ve recently released my travel memoir,  American Expat: Moving Abroad Solo After 60. The book chronicles my decision to move to Portugal during COVID, the paperwork involved, and my first year in country. It’s less Eat, Pray, Love and more Move, Panic Adapt.
